Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role will involve working alongside value stream maintenance teams to implement effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. The successful candidate will play a key part in the implementation and coordination of our TPM process, ensuring effective uptime and planned preventative maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive continuous improvement of the TPM system, including evaluation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), in conjunction with the maintenance team.
* System Reporting & Improvement: Ensure that there are back-up processes or products to comply with ABC Reliability Ratings.
* Lead projects to improve site facilities and ensure uninterrupted production, including development of spare parts and obsolescence management for systems.
