About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Administrator to support the delivery of a major residential development in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. This is a key site-based position, providing comprehensive administrative and document control support to the Project Manager, Site Manager, Engineers, and wider project team throughout a multi-year construction programme.
Key Responsibilities
Site Administration & Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
Maintain site records, filing systems, and document control (digital and hard copy)
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
Coordinate site meetings, inductions, and training records
Document Control
Control and distribute drawings, specifications, RFIs, and revisions
Track approvals, certifications, and compliance documentation
Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and accessible
Commercial & Procurement Support
Assist with purchase orders, delivery dockets, invoices, and supplier records
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding documentation and queries
Provide administrative support to the commercial and cost control teams
Health & Safety / Compliance
Maintain health & safety files, site registers, and training logs
Support site compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Assist with audit and inspection documentation
General Site Duties
Act as the first point of contact for site visitors and deliveries
Support onboarding of new site staff and subcontractors
Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties to support efficient project delivery
Requirements
Previous experience in a Site Administrator or Construction Administrator role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High level of attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
Experience working on residential construction projects
Familiarity with document control systems
Knowledge of Irish construction practices and compliance requirements
What We Offer
