About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
* Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word.
* Prepare and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
* Handle invoicing and assist with general bookkeeping tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
* Support general administrative duties and team coordination as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
