GTS operates Task Forces across six global clusters, each focused on five key technical domains: Energy, Kiln Economy, Alternative Fuels & Raw Materials (AFR), Maintenance, and Quality.Task ForcesEnergyKiln EconomyAlternative Fuels & Raw Materials (AFR)MaintenanceQualityEach Task Force is typically chaired by a Plant Manager, with members drawn from Production, Process, Maintenance, Engineering, and other senior technical roles across CRH plants. GTS appoints a Task Force Leader for each topic to support regional performance and ensure global knowledge flow.
