Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals for laptops, desktops, and engineering workstations.
Manage core infrastructure including Windows Server, Azure Entra ID, SonicWall firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VLANs, and VPNs.
Administer cloud and SaaS environments including Google Workspace, AWS.
Implement and maintain system patching, updates, backups, and disaster recovery processes in line with policy.
Enforce security controls, MFA, access management, and endpoint protection across the organisation.
Maintain asset inventories and documentation to support operational continuity and compliance audits.
