About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile pharmaceutical construction project in Cork.
This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in managing large-scale pharma, biotech, or life sciences projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within strict regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to handover ?
Manage budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure project success ?
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, health & safety, and regulatory standards ?
Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and consultants ?
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders ?
Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficiency and cost control ?
Monitor quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain logistics Requirements: ?

5+ years experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical, biotech, or high-tech construction ?

Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget ?

Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom construction, and industry regulations ?

Experience managing MEP coordination and process systems ?
?
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ?
?
Relevant construction or engineering qualification (Civils, Mechanical, or Electrical) ?

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage ?
