QA Lead - SaaS - Automation
QA Lead opportunity focused on leading a team to build out a suite of automated tests for a mature, successful SaaS product. This QA Lead position will suit a strong automation tester who enjoys being technically hands on, while also leading a team and setting standards for QA and automated testing in the organisation.
This company is growing fast, and highly commercially successful. This is their flagship product, and this is a newly created QA Lead role. Your mission will be to lead an already strong team, build a suite of automated tests, drive a strong QA culture in the organisation, and partner with engineering leaders to build a great product.
The platform is C# .Net, Kubernetes, Javascript with a microservices architecture. The company is fast paced, dynamic, full of smart & passionate people.
This position will ideally suit a QA Lead who wants to make an impact: you will be empowered to drive change in QA processes and technology, with the goal of increasing the quality of software development in the company.
It is based in West Dublin, and is a hybrid working model (1 or 2 days per week in office). This role will ideally suit a QA Lead with a strong technical background in test automation, strong ability to lead people and a track record of improving QA processes & culture in
teams.

Skills / experience:
Proven background years) in Software Testing & QA, with significant experience as a QA Lead/Manager
Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
Strong technical background in test automation

* €65,000 - €75,000 DOE + benefits
