Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days on site
Are you APA qualified and ready for a new challenge? In this role, you’ll manage claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, fairly, and within agreed authority levels.
You’ll work closely with customers, brokers, and service providers to deliver a positive claims experience, while helping to detect potential fraudulent claims.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage claims from notification to closure.
2. Handle phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.
3. Ensure claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.
4. Work with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.
5. Provide technical advice on claims processes and next steps.
Requirements:
* APA qualification
* Insurance experience - customer service or sales
* Claims experience (preferred)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently, meet targets, and maintain high standards
