Marketing Specialist Position
We are currently seeking an experienced marketing specialist to join our team, with the primary goal of achieving and delivering on strategic marketing objectives.
The Role:
* Assist the marketing team in coordinating search and paid social campaigns, working closely with third-party agencies.
* Support the setup and execution of group marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate multiple campaign channels across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, including engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
* Analyse insights, demographics, and success metrics, adapting strategies accordingly.
* Create high-quality content across various formats, such as social media, email marketing, and blog posts, while managing the content calendar.
* Regularly update company websites with offers and fresh content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategy.
* Propose new ideas and creative concepts to maintain campaign freshness and effectiveness.
* Maintain and monitor local press bookings, adhering to regulatory compliance.
* Manage email and text campaigns within GDPR guidelines.
* Produce quarterly marketing planners by brand, following manufacturer requirements as directed by management.
* Organize showroom and test events throughout the year, setting up and attending marketing-related activities.
* Perform administrative duties accurately and timely.
* Evaluate current offers on social media and other digital platforms.
* Cover ad hoc marketing requirements and team tasks as needed, under the guidance of the Group Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
* Hold a 3rd-level qualification in marketing or digital marketing.
* Have at least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with expertise in digital marketing.
* Be skilled in social media advertising platforms.
* Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving abilities in marketing contexts.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and listening abilities.
* Show a creative mindset, aligned with current trends.
* Display assertiveness, confidence, and negotiation skills.
* Excel in time management and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Express a genuine interest in motor vehicles.
* Show enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
