Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Location: Carrigtwohill, County Cork

BSS is looking for a Finishing Foreman for a housing development in Carrigtwohill, County Cork
Responsibilities
As a finishing foreman your responsibilities will include
Oversee and coordinate the finishing stages of apartment and/or housing developments
Manage and schedule M&E 1st and 2nd fix works to ensure timely completion
Supervise 1st and 2nd fix joinery, ensuring high standards of workmanship
Coordinate plasterboard contractors and skimmers to deliver smooth wall finishes
Oversee fire stopping works, ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met
Liaise with and manage tilers, maintaining quality and finish consistency throughout units
Supervise installation by the window and door contractors, ensuring alignment with design specifications
Key Requirements
Trade background with 15–20+ years' experience
Proven experience in finishing apartments and/or houses withboth 1st and 2nd fix
