This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

What You Will Be Doing.
Cleaning Duties
* Perform daily cleaning of designated areas including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors and communal spaces
* Empty bins and manage waste disposal following site procedures
* Maintain bin store areas
* Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors
* Clean windows, doors, fixtures and fittings
* Deep-clean specific areas as scheduled or requested
Maintenance Duties
* Carry out basic repairs such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor paint touch-ups
* Report faults, breakdowns or hazards promptly to the Facilities Manager / Supervisor
* Conduct routine inspections of the premises
* Assemble furniture or equipment when required
* Maintain outdoor areas (sweeping, minor grounds maintenance, clearing pathways, etc.)
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role
Mindset: Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Communication: Clear communicator who works well solo or with a team.
