French-speaking Complaints Management Specialist - Remote - Contract - €We are currently seeking a French-speaking Complaints Management professional to support a growing regulatory function within a leading financial services organisation. The role is fully remote, and will require candidates to be based in the Republic of Ireland. This is a contract position.This position is suited to individuals with strong regulatory expertise and a background in operational compliance, particularly within banking environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to complaints in accordance with French regulatory and legal frameworksInterpret and apply relevant consumer protection laws, GDPR provisions, and financial services regulationsWork closely with internal legal teams and, where necessary, liaise with external regulatory bodiesMaintain structured, accurate documentation and case records in line with regulatory expectationsEnsure the efficient use of CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)Requirements:Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)Significant experience in complaints handling within a banking or financial services settingStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsConfident working across legal, compliance, and operational teamsIf you bring the right blend of regulatory understanding and operational delivery, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
