As the Dublin team continues to grow, they are seeking a proven Sales Program Manager to lead a high performing sales operation and strengthen long term client success. You will oversee sales performance, build strategic plans, coach team members, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive commercial growth and operational excellence across the programme. The Role Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and manage day to day relationship engagement. Define clear programme objectives and communicate them effectively to internal and external teams. Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior client leaders, including the C suite. Oversee performance and quota attainment across sales teams through forecasting, metric tracking, and data analysis. Coach, mentor, and develop team members and leaders through structured performance management and training plans. Build strong relationships with team members, understand individual motivators, and encourage personal growth. Lead operational planning, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are consistently achieved. Maintain staffing effectiveness through hiring, retention, and performance planning. Collaborate with cross functional partners including senior leadership, business intelligence, and talent functions. Identify strategic initiatives to scale the programme in response to market conditions and client needs. Ensure compliance with people policies and local employment regulations. What We Are Looking For Strong experience in a sales environment with leadership responsibility for individual contributors or frontline managers. Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships within a commercial setting. A proven track record of achieving sales targets or leading sales teams to consistent success. Confidence interpreting data and performance reports to guide decision making. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales technology tools. Experience collaborating across departments to deliver business outcomes. Clear and professional communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership. Experience developing and delivering business reviews in live or virtual settings. A structured coaching style with the ability to uplift performance and enhance team capability. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort managing budgets and contributing to P&L related decisions.
