Murphy is recruiting for a People Co-Ordinator / Generalist to work with our People Team team in Newbridge for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The People Co-Ordinator will provide a high quality administrative support to the People Team, ensuring accurate HR documentation, smooth processes, effective Success Factors management, and reliable coordination of HR & recruitment activities across the business. Operating in Ireland, the United Kingdown, Canada and the USA, Murphy provides better engineered solutions to infrastructure sectors including transportation, water, power and natural resources. We focus on employee development, providing a culture of innovation and positive work-life balance.What You Will Be DoingMaintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliant filing systems.Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries promptly.Updating and maintaining Success Factors across the employee lifecycle.Conducting regular Success Factors audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Managing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and onboarding packs.Processing statutory leave such as sick pay claims and parental leave.Coordinating onboarding logistics with Payroll, IT, Training, and site teams.Supporting recruitment administration including job postings and interview scheduling.Preparing offer documentation and ensuring pre‑employment requirements are completed.Managing invoicing including POs, submissions, and payment tracking.Maintaining relevant trackers to monitor progress and deadlines.Providing general administrative support to the People Team as required.What We Are Looking ForA relevant third‑level qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.2 years' experience in HR or recruitment administration.Strong IT and administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Experience with Success Factors or similar HRIS platforms.What Murphy Offer In Return27 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.Above market rate contributory pension scheme.Dedicated and continued investment in your professional development.Other Murphy benefits include retail discounts, discounted gym memberships, cycle to work scheme etc.About MurphyMurphy is formally recognised as a sector leading employer, Platinum Investors In People accredited.
