Payroll Officer – Louth – up to £30,000 Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a premium manufacturer in the Louth area, who are looking for a Payroll Officer to bolster their team.
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for managing the payroll function to include wages payments for all employees across 2 sites Benefits Include: Study support28 days holiday including bank holidays increasing with serviceFree Flu jabsEmployee assistance programmeFree parkingBirthday gift Responsibilities of the Payroll Officer: Preparation of the 4 weekly and monthly payroll, using the time and attendance system Preparation of sister site weekly and 4 monthly payroll Liaising with the HR department in order to ensure that all relevant documentation is received and processed relating to New Starters, Leavers and any other contractual changes Ensuring the calculation of all salary deductions are made accurately and entered Calculation of employees' entitlement to Occupational Sick Pay, SSP, SMP and SPP Ensure Real Time Information reports are made in accordance with HMRC deadlines Ensure that payments to the appropriate authorities are paid promptly and accurately Processing the Data Collection for Pensions Deal with staff queries relating to payroll Provide accurate and timely monthly data analysis Working with the designated pension provider to ensure that the pension schemes are administered in accordance with the relevant schemes' specifications Ensure that the relevant payroll reports are submitted to senior managementLiaise with internal departments and external bodies on payroll-related matters Required Skills & Experience:Experience in a similar end to end payroll roleExcellent communication written and verbalExcellent attention to detailMust be highly organised and able to prioritiseIT literacy skills, including payroll systems and excel If you are interested in finding out or discussing this exciting Payroll Officer opportunity, click 'Apply' now.
