Job Description:
A Clinical Pharmacy Leader will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across various hospital services. This includes medicine reconciliation, patient education, and collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work in a modern pharmacy department, supported by a large team of pharmacists and technicians. They will be responsible for the efficient running of the dispensary, supervising procurement, patient education, storage, supply, and the dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
