Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Hours Available)Permanent Rolewe are now seeking a reliable, organised and friendly candidate to join our Administration department to include reception to support the smooth running of our busy office located 5km from Limerick city centre.We can offer flexible hours (part-time or full-time) for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-house reception: answering phones, greeting visitors, managing deliveries.Handling incoming calls/emails and directing queries to the correct department.Logging job requests, updating our internal systems, and assisting with scheduling engineers.Invoicing support: preparing and issuing invoices, updating financial records, and assisting with basic accounts admin.Data entry and maintaining accurate office records.Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.Filing, scanning, and general office administration.Maintaining office supplies and keeping the reception/office area tidy.Assisting management with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.RequirementsPrevious experience in administration or reception (advantage but not essential).Experience with invoicing or accounts admin is an advantage (training will be provided).Strong communication skills and a pleasant, professional manner.Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.Confident using computers.Reliable, punctual, and comfortable dealing with customers and engineers.Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.What We OfferFlexible hours – part-time or full-time available.Permanent role with room to grow and progress within the company.Competitive salary (DOE).Monday–Friday hours (no evenings/weekends).On-the-job training including invoicing and internal systems.Free parking on site.Employee Benefit scheme.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: From €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 – 40 per weekBenefits:Employee assistance programFlexitimeOn-site parkingApplication question(s):What hours are you available to work each week, and are you seeking part-time, full-time, or either?"Have you worked with invoicing or basic accounts admin before?
