Transport and Customer Service Coordinator
The role involves managing the transportation process from start to finish, ensuring that all logistics and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with drivers, warehouse team, and sales teams to resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
* Maintain accurate records of transportation operations, including vehicle logs, delivery notes, and driver reports.
* Prepare and manage required transportation documentation.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries related to transportation schedules, delivery times, and order status.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good understanding of transportation software and systems.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
