We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of residential projects from start to finish.
As a Site Coordinator, your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless project delivery by coordinating and supervising all site construction activities. This includes:
* Maintaining accurate and detailed site diaries using Procore, including workforce levels for each sub-contractor and comprehensive records of site activities.
* Managing and adhering to project timelines and schedules to keep progress on track.
* Overseeing projects from plastering/skimming through to 3rdfix, snagging, and final completion.
* Leading and coordinating site staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or similar role with a trades background (e.g., carpentry).
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
* Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
* Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
