Quality Improvement Professional
As a Quality Improvement Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, coach, and develop Representatives to achieve quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training and support to Team Leaders on performance plans
* Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
* Manage quality systems and support operational projects
* Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes
Requirements:
* Fluent in Swedish & English
* Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+)
* Min. 1 Year Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
* Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
