We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our Cork office, specialising in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, developing strong partnerships with both clients and candidates while providing high-quality staffing solutions across our fast-paced and thriving hospitality desk
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and onboarding.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing hospitality clients across Cork and Munster.
3. Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
4. Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability for a variety of hospitality roles (front of house, kitchen, management, etc.).
5. Provide advice to both clients and candidates on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and career opportunities.
6. Meet and exceed agreed recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment database/CRM.
8. Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.
Requirements
9. Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality management (agency experience desirable but not essential).
10. Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Ireland.
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
13. Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
14. Strong organisational and time management skills.
15. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job board platforms.
