Overview:
The HR Associate will assist other members of the HR team with tasks such as coordinating talent management processes, current employee processing and management, responding to queries or escalated issues, and providing support to the Senior HR Associate, HR Manager, and PSC Management Team.
They will accomplish human resource objectives by obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
HR Associate responsibilities include:
Providing information by answering communications and referring special communications to appropriate persons
Onboarding new joiners to the company
Verifying candidates' backgrounds by contacting references
Issuing and processing applicable forms and applications, verifying completion
Explaining benefits to employees, managing, and responding to benefit queries
Ensuring compliance with employment law and preventing litigation
Maintaining confidentiality of human resources information
Updating job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading employment law updates
Supporting administration and operations of HR functions
Preparing offer letters, contracts, onboarding new employees, administering benefit programs
Scheduling medical appointments, distributing onboarding documents, managing sign-offs
Completing eligibility to work checks, ensuring visa validity and compliance
Organizing PSC check-ins with employees, background checks, and document verification
Notifying staff of internal opportunities, maintaining personnel records
Advising employees on leave balances, maintaining employee records
Assisting with information gathering, maintaining GDPR compliance
Administering medical insurance, advising on eligibility, and verifying submissions
Collating employee timesheets, maintaining HR records
Onboarding new employees with orientation, policy review, and document collection
Documenting HR actions, updating job knowledge
Managing employee ID, IRP, and VISA documentation
Reviewing timesheets, addressing errors, and anomalies
Reviewing client systems like AgileOne/FieldGlass, processing expenses
Responding to client queries promptly
Supporting HR department and organization missions, assisting senior HR, and handling ad-hoc duties
Key duties (not limited to):
Managing HR mailbox and inquiries
Coordinating onboarding processes
Conducting reference and background checks
Preparing general letters and salary certificates
Coordinating equipment couriering and inventory management
Gathering onboarding documents and maintaining trackers
Reviewing and processing leave requests
Supporting HR during complex employee calls
Preparing contracts and addendums
Supporting HR management activities
