Barden are delighted to be exclusively retained to help identify a Financial Accountant to join a highly reputable, recently formed Family Office in Dublin City Centre. The Family Office has high-profile investments across Ireland in Fashion, Real Estate, Tech and more.
There is strong potential for remuneration and career progression, and the role involves a key part in the company’s global operations. The CFO will be based in the Dublin hub, with mentorship and direct communication with the CEO who founded the company.
About the role
* Responsible for updating monthly nominal ledgers and trial balance for the company’s investment entities;
* Monthly revaluation of all investment positions;
* Budgeting and variance analysis;
* Assisting in the preparation of quarterly consolidated financial reports and annual financial statements;
* Helping to manage cash flow, funding and trade settlement requests;
* Providing input into improving and streamlining processes.
About the person
* Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), 0-2 years of post-qualification experience;
* Experience within either the Family Office/Investment Management/Real Estate/Fund Management sectors is desirable;
* Highly proficient IT skills. Experience of Accounting Systems, Business Intelligence and ERP systems is a merit;
* Comfortable working within a small team as part of a large global organization.
