About the Graduate Programme
We’re launching the next cohort of the highly successful KPMG Graduate Programme for Autumn 2026. As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll undertake meaningful work in our Deal Advisory practice on a 3.5-year training contract with a cohort of fellow graduates working toward the associate chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications. We take our responsibility to ensure you excel in your professional exams seriously. Our exam pass rate is 10% to 30% better than the national average, and we are ranked #1 in Ireland; 2024 showcased a 100% pass rate.

Qualifications
* Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
* Minimum 2.1 current university results
* Demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role

* A trusted provider of turnaround strategies to underperforming companies, restructuring businesses to restore performance and stakeholder confidence
