Broadgate has partnered up with an established and renowned consulting firm in the heart of Dublin to grow their Risk Consulting practice. They are offering a competitive base salary plus market-leading bonuses and standard benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical expertise to help clients manage regulatory requirements, interpret and implement regulations, and develop compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Plan and manage projects to meet deadlines, support the development of new business opportunities, and collaborate with the senior management team.
* Review client documentation for regulatory compliance, support internal audit services, participate in client secondments, and design and deliver tailored regulatory training.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in a related area and a Professional Diploma in Compliance or similar qualification.
* Extensive regulatory experience in Financial Services (e.g., Payments, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Funds, Investment Management).
* Strong knowledge of regulations (e.g., Consumer Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Market Abuse, Risk Frameworks), and ability to specialize in evolving regulations such as Fitness & Probity, Senior Executive Accountability, and Governance.
* People Management is a must for the Manager and Senior Manager roles.
