Overview
evo talent is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to fill a 6-month day rate contract in Dublin. The role is Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
1. You will be part of the front line for IT support, answering calls and emails as part of the support team.
2. Tasks can vary from remote troubleshooting, software installs, training & supporting customers throughout the business with IT queries.
3. You will be trained in Service Now, our call logging system-ensure all calls/e-mails are logged, updated & resolved according to internal SLAs and best practice.
4. Previous PC Hardware & Software experience through college/work placement would be beneficial.
5. Basic network experience.
6. Windows OS knowledge.
7. Strong problem analysis & solving skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
9. Ability to work effectively within a team.
