Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with your team leader and college supervisor to identify and develop an IT/Software improvement project.
* Support and assist in-depth data analysis of various data sets and reports.
* Design, extract, research, and report on performance, outcomes, and compliance with policies and rules.
* Provide support with project meetings to ensure data accuracy and documentation.
* Create and analyze process workflows to increase efficiency with cross-functional divisions and departments.
* Analyze data trends and create reports and files.
* Draft internal correspondences and perform general and clerical duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or other related courses.
* Honesty and integrity; must comply with quality systems, regulations, and company policies.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, dependable, and punctual; organized, focused, and capable of multi-tasking.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills; good verbal and written communication skills with basic level of PC skills.
* A team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.
