That is why we take great care to provide our employees with the best possible working conditions for professional growth and career development.TonyBet's ambitious plans will be achieved both via organic growth and acquisition of entities-operators.We're looking for a driven and creative Brand Manager to lead both online and offline advertising efforts, drive brand visibility, and deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities· Continuously monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.· Manage the sports event calendar in collaboration with the CRM team.· Oversee offline brand promotion efforts (e.g., bar branding, merchandise distribution).· Create content plans for CRM and social media promotions.· Contribute ideas for special marketing projects.· Identify and evaluate new content promotion platforms.· Collaborate on media planning with other departments.· Analyze the performance and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.· Draft technical specifications and manage the output of contractors and internal teams (designers, developers, etc.).· Execute media advertising campaigns, including TV and radio spots.· Lead offline advertising initiatives such as outdoor ads.· Participate in the development of brand and design strategies.Requirements· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role (any industry).· Proven experience with online and offline advertising campaigns.· Experience in creating promotional materials.· Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities.· High level of self-organization and results-focused approach.· Deep understanding of marketing and business analytics metrics.· Strong communication and negotiation skills.· Proficiency in using marketing tools and analyzing reports.· Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work independently.· Soft skills: meticulousness, empathy, curiosity, creativity, and strong team communication.
