Job Title: Site Operations Manager (Fit-Out Specialist)
The purpose of this role is to oversee daily site operations in Dublin City Centre, ensuring all work is conducted safely and completed to the highest quality standard. This position requires specific expertise in fit-out projects.
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional with exceptional organizational skills and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the fit-out sector, and be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and scheduling packages.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all subcontractors to ensure work meets required specifications while minimizing rework. They must also provide accurate progress reports to line management and collaborate closely with the Project QS on any commercial issues that arise during project execution.
