Charles Hughes Ltd (Portwest Ireland), a leading manufacturer of outdoor clothing and supplier of workwear, safety wear and PPE are now seeking applications for the position of Sales Administrator based in our Westport Head Office.
Portwest designs, manufactures and distributes market leading workwear, safety wear, footwear and PPE.
Charles Hughes Ltd distributes Portwest and other premium brands to over 1,200 customers in Ireland.
We are a fast growing ambitious company employing over 100 people in Ireland.
WHAT YOU WILL BE
Order processing and handling customer queries promptly & efficiently
Providing customer quotations
Providing support to the Field Account Management team
Invoicing and credit processing
Related administration as required
Other adhoc tasks as required in line with the role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Minimum of two years' experience in a busy administrative role
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
Ability to plan and manage a busy workload
Forward thinking, positive attitude
Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail and high accuracy in task completion
