Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Freelance Sales Consultant. As a key member of our pilot phase, you will be responsible for introducing our innovative ordering system to cafés and independent retailers. Your primary goal will be to prospect and engage with potential clients, conduct demos, and gather valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and engage with independent café and coffee shop owners
* Conduct outreach visits, calls, and local networking to introduce the platform
* Run simple demos of WhatsApp/Web/App ordering
* Gather owner feedback and report insights to the product team
* Represent our brand at local café or hospitality events (optional)
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in hospitality tech, POS systems, or SaaS for SMEs
* Strong network within the café/coffee shop sector (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain tech simply
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Willingness to travel locally to meet café owners
