Key Responsibilities:
* Cross-collaborate with People Leaders regarding supplies and stock control.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance requirements, ensuring timely completion.
* Process and respond to all incoming queries efficiently, escalating to the correct point of contact when necessary.
* Facilitate the efficient delivery of training programs and employee initiatives.
* Ensure overall compliance with health, safety, and environmental statutory provisions and legislation.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Highly organized with excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
