The Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional who can own our entire marketing function end-to-end. This is a strategic role with significant impact on company growth—you'll design and execute integrated campaigns, build our brand authority, and work closely with our sales team to drive qualified pipeline.
What You'll Do:
Demand Generation & Lead Generation
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, content, paid ads) to attract qualified leads. Manage lead nurturing workflows, optimize conversion funnels, and track performance metrics throughout the sales journey. You'll take ownership of moving our campaigns in-house and continuously improve ROI.
Content Marketing
Create thought leadership pieces, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation that establish us as an authority in data and AI solutions. Work with our Resident Solution Architects to develop compelling customer stories and insights.
Product Marketing
Develop positioning and messaging for our data and AI solutions, create product comparison materials, and articulate clear value propositions for different customer segments. Ensure our positioning resonates with target buyers.
Website & Digital Presence
Optimize our website for performance and conversions. Own SEO strategy, manage our LinkedIn presence (critical for B2B), oversee social media channels, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Sales Enablement
Create sales collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, and competitive analyses. Support the sales team with customer insights and develop materials that help close deals.
Event Marketing
Identify and participate in relevant industry conferences, webinars, and virtual events. Manage sponsorships and speaking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Customer Marketing
Develop strategies to maximize customer success and identify upsell opportunities. Gather and amplify case studies and testimonials from our customer base.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs across all marketing channels, analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide regular insights to inform strategy adjustments. Monthly reporting and continuous optimization.
Brand Management
Establish and maintain consistent brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
Partnerships & Co-marketing
Identify and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners like Databricks, expanding our reach and credibility.

: You understand the data and AI landscape well enough to talk credibly about complex solutions. You're not intimidated by technical concepts and can translate them for different audiences.
* Strategic Thinker
: You believe in account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted approaches over spray-and-pray email campaigns. You have a clear view on what works in B2B tech marketing.
* Hands-On Operator
: You're comfortable executing across all channels—content, paid, email, events—and not just directing others. You'll roll up your sleeves when needed.
* Ownership Mindset
: You take full responsibility for results. You're tired of false starts and surface-level work as much as we are.
* Analytical
: You obsess over metrics, ROI, and continuous improvement. You measure everything and use data to drive decisions.
* Cross-Functional Collaborator
: You work seamlessly with sales, product, and customer success teams. You're a force multiplier for the organization.
Experience
* 5+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally with exposure to data, analytics, or AI solutions
* Proven track record designing and executing demand generation campaigns
* Strong content marketing and thought leadership experience
* Experience with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and paid advertising
* Background in tech/product marketing is a plus
