Job Description
Overview: We seek a motivated and analytical Senior GTM Operations Specialist to support our Commercial Organization. Your role involves optimizing GTM strategies, enhancing operational efficiency across sales, partner, and customer success teams, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment, operational performance, and strategic execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue and sales operations, data analysis, and a passion for process optimization. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.
Responsibilities:
1. GTM Operations & Strategy:
* Support GTM process optimization across sales, marketing, partner, and customer success functions.
* Collaborate on sales enablement initiatives, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights for leadership.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and develop reports on sales performance and KPIs.
1. Partner Renewal Process and Automation:
* Manage partner renewal quoting and communication within designated regions.
* Identify automation opportunities in partner renewal processes and self-service tools.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Act as a liaison among sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
* Ensure data integrity across systems like CRM, marketing automation, and financial reporting.
3. Revenue Metrics & Performance Tracking:
* Track key revenue metrics and develop dashboards in Salesforce.
* Work with leadership to define and monitor KPIs for sales and GTM success.
4. System and Tools Management:
* Optimize the use of sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
* Support system integrations to streamline data flow.
5. Process Improvement & Automation:
* Document GTM processes and identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
* Support ad-hoc projects to improve operations and revenue growth.
* Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership for strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 4+ years in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations within a B2B setting.
* Proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills.
* High proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
* Deep understanding of revenue and sales metrics.
* Technical skills in data integration, APIs, and automation tools.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
* Salesforce Certification or equivalent.
* Experience with tools like Marketo, ChurnZero, and sales efficiency platforms.
* Certifications or experience in process improvement.
