Leadership Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to staff in delivering high-quality services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role involves overseeing and implementing personal plans through regular reviews, liaising with families, schools, and day programme staff to ensure continuity of support, and ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Oversee and implement each person's Personal Plan through regular reviews.
* Liaise with families, schools, and day programme staff to ensure continuity of support.
* Support the PIC in ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
* Ensure delivery of appropriate, person-centred care and support for daily living activities.
* Manage key operational areas including safety, risk, finances, transport, and rosters.
* Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for assigned staff.
Requirements
* Minimum of a Level 7 degree in Social Care or equivalent.
* Previous experience in the ID sector, preferably in a management/supervisory role.
* In the process of CORU registration.
* Working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
* Garda Vetting/Police Clearance.
