Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative – Spanish & Italian Markets | Cork-Based
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Cork team with a focus on Spanish and Italian Territory. This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills, active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity's Identity Security portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
* Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
* Present our company to potential clients
* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
* Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
* Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
* Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
* Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings
Qualifications:
* Experience: 1+ years in software sales.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English as well as Spanish & Italian
* Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven
* Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Presentation Abilities:Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
* Relationship Management:Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
