Job Title: Africa Sales Manager, Consumer Electronics

We are seeking an experienced Africa Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive channel strategies for consumer sales, identifying target retailers, sales channels, and go-to-market approaches.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining and executing comprehensive channel strategies for consumer sales,
* Identifying target retailers, sales channels, and go-to-market approaches,
* Establishing and growing strategic relationships with key retail partners,
* Developing and managing sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs,
* Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement,
* Collaborating with product and marketing teams to develop compelling retail merchandising strategies,
* Negotiating and closing partnership deals between our company and omnichannel customers,
* Conducting ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviors,
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated go-to-market plan,
Requirements include:
* A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business discipline,
* 5+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product or service,
* Proven retail industry experience, preferably in consumer electronics,
* Strong communication and negotiation skills,
* Experience developing go-to-market strategies or building sales channels in international markets,
* Ability to independently motivate and demonstrate project ownership,
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills,
* Demonstrated technical aptitude in a professional setting,
* Familiarity with satellite communications and/or the retail landscape in Middle East and Africa,
* MBA or master's degree with a business or engineering-focused curriculum,
