Job Description
1. To assist residents/patients with daily hygiene needs, ensuring that individual requirements are met while maintaining privacy and dignity.
2. To assist Registered Nurses in providing care to designated groups of residents/patients including turning, moving and safe transfer using appropriate equipment.
3. Maintain resident/patient safety and comfort by monitoring conditions and reporting significant changes to nurses in charge.
4. Educate residents/patients regarding diet/fluid intake for treatment plans by assisting them eat/drink according required times."
