Estimating Manager

* Key Responsibilities:
* Presentation of draft commercial appraisals for review and signoff by senior management
* Review of project documentation (drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, contracts etc) and management of bid from receipt of tender enquiry to submission of final bid
* Issuing material and trade enquiries to supply chain and obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
* Analysis, evaluation, and risk analysis on supplier and subcontract packages and checking inclusions and exclusions
* Reviewing project enquiries and commercial analysis for projects and advising on any concerns or value engineering details as appropriate

Working Requirements:

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently but proactively within the estimating team to produce detailed and competitive bids.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a high level of proficiency in commercial appraisal and bid management. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
