HVAC Project ManagerOur client, a renowned name in HVAC engineering and air quality solutions, is seeking aProject Managerto oversee the successful delivery of HVAC projects throughout Ireland. Based in Dublin, this role is ideal for an organised, technically minded professional who thrives on managing projects from concept to completion — ensuring quality, budget, and client satisfaction every step of the way.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee HVAC project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Manage schedules, budgets, and project resources while maintaining clear progress reporting.Review engineering plans and designs, initiating adjustments or corrective actions when required.Prepare technical documentation, submittals, and approvals — particularly for regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals.Carry out HVAC design updates and modifications as needed during project execution.Coordinate equipment ordering and material procurement.Monitor quality control processes across all project stages and report performance to management and clients.Ensure alignment between project objectives, customer expectations, and business goals.Qualifications and ExperienceDegree or diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, or HVAC Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).2–5 years' experience managing or coordinating technical or HVAC-related projects.Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, design, and controls.Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting tools.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.Financially aware and capable of managing project budgets effectively.Desirable ExtrasProject management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).Knowledge of cost control or procurement processes.Experience within regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical or industrial sectors).Working knowledge of ERP systems and CAD software.What's on OfferSalary €60,000 to €90,000 depending on experienceCompany car scheme23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Pension and life assurance schemesBike-to-Work initiativeEmployee Assistance Programme & mental health supportHoliday purchase plan and long-service awardsLearning and development opportunities to support your professional growth
