The company focuses on high-quality food solutions, working closely with distributors to deliver products efficiently while maintaining exceptional service and brand standards.Responsibilities:Manage and grow sales across the West of Ireland territory, primarily through self-employed distributors.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring a professional representation of the brand.Lead and support distributor and operational teams, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and NPD, to implement promotional campaigns and new product initiatives.Requirements:3+ years' sales experience within the food or FMCG industry.Proven track record in business development, account management, and revenue growth.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with excellent organisational and planning abilities.Full clean driving licence.Interested?
