Responsibilities
:
* As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients to finance the purchase of properties and switch existing mortgages.
* Working within a team of advisors in a fast-paced environment, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing advice to new clients as well as support throughout the complete mortgage completion process.
* Ensuring accurate entry of data at all times, you will also provide full administration support in all aspects of new business and for existing client reviews.
* Additionally, you will:
* Assess clients' financial circumstances, credit history and affordability to find them the best solution.
* Manage related paperwork, such as keeping track of bank statements and lender applications.
* Liaise and negotiate with banks to find the best loan for clients' situations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
:
* Must have the APA in Loans & APA in Regulation, full QFA is desirable
* At least 1+ years' experience in providing financial advice over the phone or face to face with customers, either in a Broker or Bank.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A good understanding of the mortgage process and industry.
* A good attitude and work ethic, target driven and confident.
