Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build apartment development in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of this project.
About You
* You have at least 5 years' experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role, preferably on large-scale residential projects.
* You possess excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
* Your leadership skills enable you to motivate teams effectively, ensuring high-quality work is delivered safely and efficiently.
This includes reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications with ease.
The Role Includes:
* Taking full responsibility for the daily activities associated with overseeing multiple apartments from groundworks through completion.
* Collaborating closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure timely delivery while maintaining budgets, adhering to quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety among team members.
