· Answer & direct incoming phone calls in a courteous & efficient manner
· Greet & assist visitors, ensuring they are welcomed & directed to the appropriate personnel
· Manage office supplies & perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
· Process transactions using Sage accounting software and assist with basic financial documentation
· Provide support for office operations, including scheduling and correspondence, using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Requirements
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Experience in office administration or reception essential
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of Sage
· Ability to multitask, stay organised and manage time effectively
· A positive attitude and professional demeanour
· Experience working within a mechanical setting a bonus
Possibilty of advancing to Full Time
