Care and Support Professionals are required to provide high-quality care to young people in a residential service, promoting independence and person-centred planning. The role involves contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
A successful candidate will have:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
* Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
* Full Clean Manual Driving License
