Job Title – (Fit-Out) Site Manager

Salary – €65K - €75K plus package
The Company:
Inform3 currently have an opening for a Fitout Site Manager working for a top Fitout Contractor that works on a range of top commercial projects, including work for blue-chip clients.
The role will be mainly based in Dublin & they have just won a range of work & are now seeking another Site Manager to join the management team.
They are a well-established contractor with a high level of turnover.
The suitable candidate should have previous experience in managing fitout projects, preferably commercial works.
The Role:
- Liaise with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete.
- Ensure all site staff adhere to health & safety regulations.
- Motivate site staff to reach daily and weekly targets.
- Complete regular inspections regarding quality of workmanship.
- Plan and coordinate Machinery and Equipment.
- Order in materials.
- Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary.
- Attend and chair site meetings.
- Attend Site Management Meetings.
- Assist in emergency situations.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Construction & Engineering Management.
- 5+ years' experience working as a Fit-Out Site Manager.
- Competent on Microsoft Office.
- Preferably from a Fit-Out/Joinery background.
- Ability to manage and motivate site teams.
- Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
- Full Drivers License.
