Job Description
Client-facing role managing mechanical maintenance services for key clients.
Supervise M&E maintenance activities on sites, ensuring delivery of preventative & reactive maintenance on schedule and in-line with scope.
Responsible for commercial aspects, providing remedial quotations promptly and working with Jones technicians and engineers to propose and deliver HVAC & Electrical solutions.
Requires knowledge of HVAC services, heating, ventilation & air-conditioning.
Electrical competency desirable but not essential.
Supported by administration staff, technicians, engineers and contract managers in a collaborative team.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, technicians, subcontractors and co-workers.
Requirements
3 years post-qualification project engineering experience, with hard knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and AC systems.
Relevant third-level qualification required (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar).
Leadership or substantial engineering support/project management experience in a team-based environment.
Experience in HVAC maintenance advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development.
Excellent IT skills.
