Senior Civil Design Engineer Job
As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our projects by leading the development of impactful designs.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients and local authorities on project matters, collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver successful outcomes, and mentoring Graduate Design Engineers in their work. A strong understanding of Eurocodes and proficiency in civil design software are essential for this role.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent, with postgraduate design experience in an engineering consultancy.
* Experience in building structure design using various materials on structural projects, particularly electrical infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of finite element and frame analysis software for steel and RC frames, flat slabs, and other structures.
* Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, and other relevant software.
* A level 8 degree in a relevant field (level 9 is advantageous).
