Working on the factory floor, youll play a hands-on role operating advanced CNC machinery to produce top-quality products that meet our clients exacting standards.
What Youll Do: Operate and manage a variety of CNC machines, including 5-axis CNC routers.
Meet production and quality targets, ensuring every product meets high standards.
Collaborate with a skilled CNC team and handle multiple machines as required.
Maintain and clean machines to ensure they run at peak performance.
Contribute to lean process improvements for enhanced efficiency and output.
What Theyre Looking For: Experience: Previous CNC operation experience is essential Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and deliver precise, high-quality work.
Background: Experience in joinery, carpentry, or a woodwork environment is a big plus.
Attitude: A proactive, flexible team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
