Full Time Chef de Partie / Full Time Commis Chef/ Full Time Demi Chef / Demi Chef Pastry / Commis Pastry Chef
In conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be responsible for: -
* Smooth running in all aspects of the kitchen.
* To prepare and produce food to standard and in a fast-paced environment.
* Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen.
* Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene.
* Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place.
* To assist in other sections of the Resorts Kitchens when required.
Candidates need to meet the following criteria: -
* Have 3rd level qualification.
* Have previous kitchen experience in each of the roles.
* Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of guests.
* Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail.
